It is the night before we open. I got to sit and watch the final dress rehearsal, to take notes of what the ushers need to watch for, as far as safety in the house. It blows me away how many times I forgot I was watching kids - they are amazing!!!
It was a long, chaotic day. My bunkmate left the Smirkus today - I do not know if she chose to leave or was asked, but it is over, and peace has been restored.
I spent my day painting stars on the adjusted presenters signage, confirming volunteers, and managed to get a load of laundry done!
I have so much I want to say, but am so exhausted I can't even think straight. I will likely be writing from Essex, VT next - we have 2 shows tomorrow and then begin the load out process.
This is going to be interesting... :)
